AIM 3410 is a 4-axis CNC machining center specially designed for machining all types of aluminum and PVC profiles available on the market. Thanks to its 4th axis, it can perform machining operations on three surfaces of the profiles. Fast tool changes are ensured by a mobile, in-line tool magazine with a capacity of 8 tools. The tool magazine is mounted on the moving machining head to minimize tool change time. The machine offers high machining flexibility, particularly for façade applications, thanks to its 180 mm diameter saw blade. It is also equipped with an automatic clamp recognition and positioning system. The machine's movable enclosure features a door with a transparent polycarbonate window, allowing the operator to easily monitor the machining process. This design ensures operator safety.
