Yılmaz Machine has exhibited at Batimat in previous years as well, sharing its expertise in aluminum and PVC profile processing technologies with an international audience of visitors.
Not limited to Batimat alone, the brand also regularly takes part in major industry trade fairs across Europe and the Americas. This year, alongside Veteco and Fensterbau Frontale, the company will also showcase its wide product range and innovative solutions to the global market at Batimat.
The standout model of this year’s Batimat participation will be the AIM 3410 – AIM 3410 CBN Aluminum Profile Machining Center. Developed to meet evolving industry needs, this new and improved model will draw attention with its CNC-controlled 4-axis design.
The AIM 3410 CBN was specially designed to process all types of aluminum profiles available on the market. This makes it an indispensable production partner especially for window and door frame manufacturers. The 180 mm diameter saw on the machine offers flexible processing for facade notching applications, while the 4th axis allows machining on 3 different surfaces of the profile. This enables precise, multi-surface operations such as lock housing cutouts, hinge holes, channel milling, drilling, and notching to be performed on a single machine with high efficiency.
With its moving tool magazine mounted on the bridge with an 8-tool capacity, automatic vise transport system, and cabin design featuring a transparent polycarbonate window that prioritizes operator safety, the AIM 3410 delivers both production speed and operational safety together.
