As Yılmaz Machine, we successfully held the fourth edition of our traditional Experience Days event with our guests from Spain. With broad participation, this gathering was not merely a product presentation event; it served as a platform where production technologies were tested in real operating conditions, mutual technical evaluations were conducted, and collaborations were discussed at a strategic level.
One of the most notable aspects of this year’s Experience Days was the strong participation from the extensive customer portfolio of our distributor in Spain. Bringing together manufacturers from different segments of the industry, the event enabled participants to examine both our PVC and aluminum product groups through practical demonstrations. In particular, our machining centers and welding group solutions attracted significant attention in terms of production line efficiency, precision, and automation capabilities.
Throughout the event, our participants had the opportunity to closely examine our existing models, which stand out for their performance and production efficiency. Detailed technical presentations and hands-on demos were conducted on our PIM 6509 PVC Profile Machining Center, Aluminum Profile Machining and Cutting Center, and AIM 3410 Aluminum Profile Machining Center models. Participants were able to directly observe the cycle times, precision ratios, and automation capabilities of the machines on the production line and ask questions to our technical team.

The AIM 3410 CBN Aluminum Profile Machining Center, designed as a versatile CNC center that meets complex profile structures and detailed machining requirements, received strong interest at our event. Participants had the opportunity to test the model’s features, including multiple machining options, high precision and low tolerance values, and continuous production capability with its intelligent tool management system. This solution offers significant advantages to manufacturers by delivering ideal performance especially in medium and high-volume production lines with its flexible production capacity.
Our next-generation solutions were also among the highlights of the event. In particular, the PIM 6509 MCS PVC Profile Processing, Cutting and Screwing Line and the CCL 1662 PVC Welding and Corner Cleaning Line models attracted strong interest with their integrated line structures and operational efficiency advantages. The significant attention received by these new models clearly demonstrates the market’s shift towards integrated and highly automated solutions.
One of the main objectives of our Experience Days event is not only introducing our machines, but also comprehensively showcasing our technological production capacity, discipline in quality processes, and approach to after-sales organization in holistic manner. Our participants had the opportunity to evaluate our R&D approach, testing and quality control procedures, production planning discipline, and global after-sales support organization by examining our production processes.
This approach goes beyond simply presenting new technologies and taking their feedback into account. It also forms the foundation of our principle of establishing long-term technical collaboration with our stakeholders.
The event program included social and cultural interactions in addition to technical sessions. We had the opportunity to experience the historical atmosphere of Istanbul, together with our participants. Visiting the historic sites in the Sultanahmet district allowed our guests to closely explore Turkey’s cultural heritage and strengthened the social dimension of the organization.
