Rolomont’s Production Process Takes Shape with Yılmaz Machine Solutions

Rolomont places two of our high-performance solutions at the heart of its production line: the PVC Profile Machining and Cutting Center (PIM 6509) and the PVC Welding and Corner Cleaning Line (CCL 1661).

Operating with an 8-axis CNC control system, the PVC Profile Machining and Cutting Center performs a wide range of operations in a single center, such as milling PVC profiles, opening drainage channels, hinge and lock holes, processing handle holes, and precision saw cuttings. Equipped with a Ø550 mm servo-controlled saw, it enables angled cuts between 30° and 150°, and stands out with its 2,200–2,400 meters / 8-hour processing capacity. Its Windows-based touch screen monitor, CAD compatible user-friendly interface, and remote technical support features ensure maximum efficiency in production.

The PVC Welding and Corner Cleaning Line, featuring four-head welding and deburring system, is capable of processing both white and colored profiles with maximum precision thanks to automatic frame and sash profile recognition, specialized cleaning programs, and 11 different blade sets. With a capacity of up to 270 frames in 8 hours, the machine accelerates production through its automatic profile turning robot, centralized lubrication, and barcode integration. It also offers flexible production advantages with the ability to record and manage welding parameters on screen, track processing times, and create 1,000 different profile recipes.

A True Success Story Powered by Yılmaz Machine

Rolomont is a Bosnia and Herzegovina-based company specializing in PVC and aluminum joinery, and shutter production. Founded in 2015, the company currently operates with 25 employees today.

Rolomont starts the production process entirely from profile cutting and completes it with welding operations to deliver high-quality solutions to its customers. The most important factors behind the brand’s success are affordable prices, high quality, and technical support.

Company owner Ognin Stjepanović states that they have increased their production capacity by 100% with the integration of the PVC Profile Processing Center. Rolomont, which previously produced 30 windows in 8 hours, can now produce 60 windows in the same time.

With an additional welding machine and CNC cleaning machine planned to be included in the production process on April 1, the goal is to increase this capacity to approximately 100 windows in 8 hours. This will enable Rolomont to serve larger projects and open up new markets.
